RCM International Inc. was founded by Valerie Thivierge and made its debut in February 2005, under the label of Ricochet Swimwear. The line was mostly comprised of sexy, modern crochet pieces that are as unique as they are functional. But that wasn't where this story of creating and innovations began for Thivierge, not even close!

Thivierge began her career in the fashion industry designing outfits for nightclubs and hotels in the mid 70's. By the end of that decade, she had created and founded her first swimwear line Wet N' Wild. Targeted toward juniors, Wet N' Wild's fun and flirty designs were carried in retail stores across the country. Thivierge put swimwear on the back burner in the early 80's for a year to become a mother, enjoying all aspects of motherhood, Thivierge caught the design bug again, this time for high-end, fashion forward children's swimwear, and in 1985, Million $$$ Baby was born. This line was an overnight hit, and Thivierge soon found her line of children's fashions stocking the shelves of the most prestigious stores through-out America, Europe and Asia. Million $$$ Baby gained further notoriety by becoming the international swimwear sponsor for the Little Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageants for many years. If you're under 30, chances are, you wore Million $$$ Baby swimwear as a child. To this day, Million $$$ Baby's impact on the children's swimwear industry can be seen, having set such a high standard in the field.

The launching of www.MyPlanetMall.com is a "dream come true" for Thivierge. She first started dreaming of creating a unique virtual on-line mall almost as soon as she launched the first web site for Ricochet Swimwear. It has taken two years for the ideas to gel and the whole concept of creating the life-like "User Experience" of the www.MyPlanetMall.com web site to become a reality. The "Grand Opening" on October 1st, 2007 from Fort Myers, Florida, will represent an 8 tower mall complex with 40 floors per tower and 8 storefronts per floor, for a total of 2,560 store/business fronts. In the virtual mall you will be able to resource or purchase everything from jewelry to electronics to cruise packages, plus browse for doctors, real esatate, attorneys and even do your on-line banking in our virtual ATM drive-thru's. Ricochet Swimwear and Million $$$ Baby will both have a storefront in each city mall that Thivierge opens, around the world, initiating another exclusive My Planet Mall concept called the "Virtual Chain Store Operation". Another exclusive concept which is part of the "User Experience" at www.MyPlanetMall.com is "Window Shopping" (you'll have to check out that one out for yourself). We don't want to ruin the "Grand Opening" surprise for you, but every bit of technology available, and more that we will create ourselves, will be used to make the www.MyPlanetMall.com "User Experience" the most unrivaled in the universe! The Fort Myers Mall is only the first of around 120 "City Malls" worldwide that Thivierge plans to open over the next few years. The corporate headquarters where all of the malls will be designed and created will remain in Fort Myers though.
